About Us

Jen Monili was set up 20 years ago in Hong Kong. I was born in Milan, raised in Italy, Canada and Monaco and spent my childhood surrounded by the most glamorous, noisy, vibrant women. I am a mix of Italian and Chinese heritage. A heady combination of passion and a head strong belief that I wanted to make jewellery and accessories inspired by the women I was surrounded by in my childhood set me on this path to found my company. I source jewellery from around the world but also create my own line which celebrates my maximalist approach to living my life. Colourful vibrant combinations of beads made from pearls, precious stones ceramic and horn are all hand made by me. I want to create jewellery that makes people smile. Jewellery that can be worn stacked on a wrist on the beach with my beautiful kaftans or a pendant necklace in horn worn with a white shirt and tailored trousers for a meeting. My jewellery is all ethically sourced from female owned makers (as much as possible) and the beads I use are all hand picked and designed by me. Welcome to my world!
